Clean hotel with fairly friendly and polite staff and a good value. Particularly good and lovely location close to town centre, in the beautiful area.

All you need for holidays in Playa Blanca. The premium apartment is outstanding with very good facilities, a good sized balcony and microwave. Please let the very helpful staff know of my gratefulness for a very nice stay. The poolside bar makes the strong drinks.

The location was good and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Dorada Beach. The staff were nice and courteous, nothing to complain about😀

It was clean with competent and efficient staff. Peaceful location in general everything was good and the room was bright.

The property was big and beautifully maintained, with clean communal areas and multiple swimming pools. We especially loved the adult-only pool, which felt like a paradise. The animation team was excellent, keeping us and our son entertained with the kids club and daily activities. The evening shows, although more geared towards children, were a hit with our son. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed the 15-minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The hotel's location close to restaurants, shops, and the bus station was very convenient.

We stayed at Thb Tropical Island for a week and had an amazing time. The hotel had plenty of swimming pools and a great general atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The maintenance staff took excellent care of the outdoor areas. The location was convenient, just a short and affordable taxi ride to the local town. The sports bar was run by a fantastic lady who deserves a raise. The all-inclusive option was well worth it, with a variety of facilities and activities for the whole family.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Separate room with really good showers, microwave plus balcony. Marvellous location to the promenade with the different restaurants, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Playa Blanca centre.

The pool area was very clean and the location was nice and perfect, very close to Lanzarote, the other areas and the ALL INCLUSIVE restaurant. Also, it was set only 1 km to Dorada Beach.

we had a great stay at the hotel. The value for money was excellent, and our room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the morning meal, as it lacked variety.
